• Team composition: the contractor is required to propose a multidisciplinary team composed of a range of profiles to effectively manage the contract, implement all activities and provide to the ETF the requested deliverables to a high standard within the deadlines stipulated.
The team will include profiles of the key experts that will undertake the thematic research and coordinate activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the research (core team), as well as experts with country-specific knowledge.
The team composition should mobilise international and country-specific expertise relevant to the assignment in area of the labour market and skills research, impact of digitalisation and other trends on labour markets, new skills demand, skills development, online/platform work, and new/atypical forms of work, youth employment, etc. The team profiles will refer to reports, articles and research projects relevant for the contract.
