• Qualifications and skills required: Have a masters university degree in economy, public administration, law or similar

• General professional experience: Have 12 years of relevant professional experience including policy advice to public administrations;

• Specific professional experience: Have at least two references of evaluations, reviews or Results-Oriented Monitoring Missions (ROM)s; Have in-depth experience with EU budget support operations in general. Experience with budget support programmes

supporting the education sector is an added advantage;

Have experience with EU- funded programmes, preferably with the identification and formulation of EU funded programmes;

Have experience with the implementation of budget support programmes;

• Language skills: Be fluent in oral and written English;

Have knowledge and good understanding of Danish is an important added advantage;

Knowledge in Greenlandic is an added advantage, but not a requirement; Be an excellent communicator, both written and orally.
