Senior Competitiveness expert 2 shall have Portuguese and English language skills; shall have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. (S)he shall have at least 10 years in analysing, training and advising SMEs to improve their standards and competitiveness through the implementation of innovative solutions or technologies. (S)He shall have experiment in working in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably in Mozambique.
