Qualifications and skills:

Have a masters university degree in education, public administration or similar

General professional experience:

Have 12 years of relevant professional experience including policy advice to senior management of public administrations and, ideally, practical teaching experience;

 Specific professional experience:

Have at least two references of evaluations, reviews or Results-Oriented Monitoring Missions (ROM)s; Have an in depth knowledge of education systems (primary, secondary tertiary and vocational training);

Have experience with EU-funded programmes, preferably with the identification and formulation of EU funded programmes;

Have experience with the implementation of support programmes in the Education Sector Have knowledge of the functioning of EU budget support operations in general and education sector support programmes in particular;

Have a good command of methods and techniques for impact evaluation/review

• Language skills: be fluent in oral and written English; have knowledge and good understanding of Danish;

Knowledge in Greenlandic would be an important added advantage, but not a requirement be an excellent communicator, both written and orally;
