Responsible for overseeing the funding agreements and track the achievement of deliverables to coordinate disbursements with the PIU.
(S)he should have a bachelor's degree in management, Finance, Accounting or a similar degree. At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in financial management or accounting or similar positions in other projects. This expert must be fluent in English and have previous experience in Malawi. The Expected Level of Effort is 18 months.
In addition to the above required key experts, candidates can also include ‘non-key experts’ as per their proposed approach and methodology in the personnel work plan as part of technical proposals and financial proposals. Only one curriculum vitae (CV) must be submitted for each key expert included in the proposal. Only the CVs of key experts will be scored as part of the technical evaluation of proposals.
Participation of national experts, as reflected by the participation of nationals among key experts (whether presented by foreign or national firms) and calculated as the ratio of key national experts’ time (in person-months) to the total number of key experts’ time (in person-months), should be at least 33 percent.
