The expert will ensure that technical teams are responsive to stakeholder requirements, and that the necessary resources of the consulting firm are brought to bear on both anticipated issues, as well as evolutionary requirements that will occur particularly during software reviews.  The Operations Director will also ensure proper accountability for expenditure of funds and completion of necessary reporting requirements.
