 Very good knowledge and experience in policy assessment, with a special focus on education
 Good knowledge and experience in using OECD assessment methodology or similar assessments at international level.
 Good knowledge of education systems in transition countries (including in Egypt) and specifically vocational education system functioning, policies and structure
 Fluent in English, with very good drafting skills
