• Research and analytical skills, as proven by a track record of quality academic papers or similar assignments
• Experience in capacity development (e.g. teaching, learning and coaching)
• Excellent writing skills in English (C1 level)
• Very good knowledge of local language (C2 level)
• Previous working experience in government agencies of the EaP country’s education system is an asset
