 Level of education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
 General areas of expertise and year working experience: A minimum of 10 years working experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Prior

experience working on large-scale projects, especially those with a public or community engagement component, is valuable.
 Key specialisms: Knowledge of media relations practices and experience in dealing with journalists. Understanding of crisis communication principles and experience in managing communications during challenging situations.
 Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with transport development activities: Familiarity with transportation planning concepts and terminology is a plus, especially in the context of an Integrated Transport Master Plan.
 Ability to work in English language: it is mandatory for candidates to be fluent in the English language with excellent analytical and communication skills.
