HR policies, active labour market policies etc, in both developed and transition & development countries,
Experience with the establishment of a national register or database of qualifications,
Extensive knowledge and experience in recognition and validation of formal, non-formal and
informal learning and assessment of competences, in both developed and transition & development countries,
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in regional/multicountry cooperation approaches on skills and qualifications,
Very good drafting skills proven by the list of reports/publications related to the topic of the assignment.
Very good presentation and facilitation skills proven by the list of workshops and training in which the expert acted as a speaker, facilitator or trainer.
