Team Leader : Service contract TA migration and forced displacement
Requested Profile
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the area of migration and forced displacement
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the area of migration and forced displacement in a low or middleincome country.
Expertise on international legal frameworks and best practices on migration and/or forced displacement.
Expert knowledge on EU and EU MS migration and/ or forced displacement policies, strategies, programmes, as well as their political aspects.
Excellent knowledge of the migration and/or forced displacement situation of the partner countries as well as their relations with the EU in these areas. - Excellent analytical skills.
Experience of project cycle management in low or middle-income countries. - Training/ pedagogical skills, and capacity to convey complex issues in a manner adapted to the audience.
Excellent drafting and communication skills - Capacity to relate to a wide range of partners in Europe and in low and middle-income countries. - Ability to handle politically-sensitive topics/ Diplomatic skills
Language skills of the team: Level C2 in English, French, Spanish
