Proven experience in strengthening the capacity of the Public Administration; evidenced by a list of at least two consultancies provided in this area.
Understanding of the legal framework on PPP and Public Procurement;
Substantial experience in the design of PPP training programs and materials proven by a list of at least 2 consultancies provided in this area,
Proficiency in Portuguese.
