Qualifications and Skills:
- Completed university studies
- Knowledge of English and French (Must)
- Arabic is an asset
General Professional Experience:
- For expertise of category I: Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the area of migration and forced displacement and/or coordination of high-level stakeholders

- Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across different teams and organizations, ensuring inclusive and smooth communication and decision-making processes.
Spesific Professional Experience:
• More than 10 years of experience to manage multiple coordination activities, including organizing high-level meetings, board sessions, and committee engagements, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of decisions.

• In-depth understanding of the EU’s migration-related strategies, particularly in areas such as legal migration, asylum, return, and reintegration, to support the alignment of TEI actions with key EU objectives.

• Experience in Team Europe Initiatives OR Migration on the Central Mediterranean and the Atlantic/ Western Mediterranean Routes will be strong asset.
i. CMED TEI: Tunisia, Libya, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad, Sudan, Ethiopia, Egypt; Eritrea; Somalia; Ivory Coast, Guinea, and Nigeria when concerned by this migratory route.
ii. AWMED TEI: Algeria, Mauritania, Morocco, Senegal, The Gambia; Burkina Faso, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger and Nigeria when concerned by this migratory route.
