Team Leader:
• General description of the position: The team leader is in charge of overall coordination of the project activities and work of the members of the team.
• Expert category: Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)
• Qualifications and skills required: Completed university studies of at least three (3) years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience. Strong organisational and communication skills.
• General professional experience: At least 6 years professional experience working with a non-governmental organisation, government or private sector as consultant/ advisor or staff member.
• Specific professional experience: Professional experience as team leader in a project of similar nature. At least 4 years professional experience working with civil society in Ukraine. At least 2 years experience with supporting capacity development for CSOs.
Experience with working on CSO related issues in the context of EU integration in Ukraine. Experience in managing operations, including planning and procurement of services for events like trainings or conferences.
• Language skills: Good command in written and spoken in English and Ukrainian
languages required
• Number of working days: 650 days
• Additional information: The team leader will coordinate closely planning of work with the EU Delegation
