Requested Profile
At least 7 years of proven recent experience in planning, designing and implementing social behaviour change programmes.
Evidence of being familiar with development and pretesting of Social Behaviour Change Communication messages, materials and tools.
Evidence of ability to mentor, motivate and coordinate a team under his or her supervision
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Other competencies or knowledge considered an asset
Ability to effectively work with populations in both rural and urban communities.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.
Ability to work in a sensitive and collaborative manner; working with others to support positive change.
Excellent ICT skills (adobe master collection package: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Ability to organize and facilitate workshops.
