Degree: Master’s in Finance, Microfinance, Banking, or Credit Management
General Experience: Minimum 12 years in MSME finance or inclusive financial systems
Specific Experience:
At least 5–7 years in credit structuring and financial product development
Solid background working with MFIs, commercial banks, or public financial support schemes
Experience designing tailored credit solutions for women-led MSMEs
Key Skills:
Expertise in loan design, risk analysis, and portfolio management
Ability to support partnerships between technical support programs and financial service providers
Capacity to train MSMEs in financial literacy and credit preparedness
Fluent in English
