Degree: Master’s in Gender Studies, Social Development, Communication, or related fields
General Experience: At least 10 years in capacity building, gender equality, or social empowerment
Specific Experience:
Minimum 5 years leading training programs, coaching, or exposure visits for women entrepreneurs
Experience delivering non-financial services such as soft skills training, business planning, or marketing for women-led MSMEs
Key Skills:
Experience organizing exposure visits and peer-learning missions
Strong background in IEC (Information-Education-Communication) and community engagement
Proven ability to develop inclusive training content tailored to gender and local context
Fluent in English
