Coordinator/team lead:
Mandatory requirements for the coordinator/team leader
A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or social studies.
At least 5 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship education, in academic, TVET, or business development contexts.
Other requirements added advantages
Experience in leading similar consultancy assignments, including the development of training materials, guidelines, or curricula.
Experience in designing or implementing institutional capacity building initiatives. Experience with TVET institutions or training organizations is an asset.
Expertise in pedagogy and training methodologies relevant to entrepreneurship promotion and business development services.
Experience in developing or applying M&E tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Knowledge of international entrepreneurship education frameworks (e.g., SIYB, CEFE, EntreComp) and experience in benchmarking training content.
Knowledge of digital tools or blended learning approaches in entrepreneurship training is an asset.
While experience in academic contexts is relevant, practical experience in entrepreneurship training delivery is an added advantage.
