Mandatory requirements for the individual experts
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
At least 3 years of practical experience in entrepreneurship training, business incubation, or business development services.
Other requirements (added advantages)
Experience in developing entrepreneurship training content, tools, or curricula, especially in hands-on, practical formats.
Experience in designing and delivering Training of Trainers (ToTs), including capacity-building for instructors, trainers, or support providers.
Experience tailoring entrepreneurship training to specific sectors (e.g., agribusiness, green economy, or digital economy) is an asset.
Strong facilitation and adult learning skills, including use of participatory and learner-centered approaches.
Experience conducting training assessments, research, or evaluations is an advantage.
Prior work with TVET institutions, NGOs, or Entrepreneurship Support Organizations in the area of entrepreneurship promotion is an asset.
