MA in labor economics, human resources management, international development, public management, social sciences, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience (ideally international, but not mandatory) working within or supporting PES or workforce development initiatives.
o Expertise in job counseling & placement, including an understanding of international best practices in career guidance, counseling services, job matching strategies, and job search assistance training.
o Experience in designing or implementing staff training programs, workshops, and on-the-job coaching in employment service settings.
o Strong understanding of local and international labor market trends, employer engagement practices, and the operational realities of running effective job centers.
o Experience in developing or working with operational guidelines, manuals, SOPs, and
other guidance documents for job centers.
