MA degree or professional certification in Education, Training and Development, Adult Learning, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for adult learners, including modular training curricula, practical exercises, and onthe-job training/coaching activities.
• Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles, participatory approaches, and experiential techniques, ensuring trainings are engaging.
• Experience in conducting ToT programs, empowering local trainers with the tools, materials, and skills needed to replicate and sustain training efforts over time.
• Ability to develop and apply assessment tools and indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
