Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in implementing activities related to the labor market and social protection desired.
• Previous experience in recruitment or employment agencies.
• Experience in interacting with job seekers and building strong linkages with the private sector, to collect new job vacancies and effectively place job seekers. Strong linkage with private sector organizations.
• Experience in Career counselling services.
• Experience in Collection of labor market information, which would feed into the national labor market information system.
Proven experience working with private sectors.
Experience and knowledge on managing young people.
