Minimum 7 years of professional experience in support to governance, rule of law and cooperation programmes or any of the sectors related to the lot.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in capacity development and skills transfers, including training and advisory or coaching to CSO organisations and individuals in minimum 2 of the following training topics: Project management, M&E, financial capacity development, institutional strengthening, mainstreaming of cross-cutting issues, sustainability of results and Coalition/networking/collective advocacy strategies, collaboration tools and shared resources, dissemination of best practices and circulation of information.
• At least 5 previous experiences in working with EU external assistance policy in general and in particular with the EU project cycle management
• Previous experience with drafting CSO mappings or CSO road maps for the EU Delegation will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the specific context of Lesotho civil society and/or neighbouring country will be an additional advantage.
• Experience in leading advocacy campaigns and implementation as member of a CSO or CSO network will be an additional advantage.
Languages
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Knowledge of Sesotho will be an additional advantage.
