The required fields of expertise include:
- Institutional development and public administration, including experience in needs’ assessment, capacity development, and public administration reform, as well as a minimum of 5 years in tourism policies and cultural heritage;
- development of capacity building programs, organizational assessment and development, restructuring, and institutional performance management and measurement, as well as implementing successful cultural heritage conservation projects with community involvement;
- Strategic communication, journalism, new media, public relations, digital marketing, internal communication or media relations , and in institutional/governmental communication, preferably in the field of cultural heritage.
- All experts are required to demonstrate excellent command of Arabic (C2) and strong proficiency in English (C1 or C2), as these will be the working languages required for all deliverables.
