Degree in economics, finance, public policy, international relations, or a related discipline
7 years of experience in debt management, innovative finance, or related areas
Experience designing, negotiating, or assessing debt - swaps or similar financial transactions, preferably involving bilateral or multilateral creditors and in developing/emerging countries
Have you organized and delivered capacity building programs targeting government officials and stakeholders
Are you or one of the members of your team fluent in technical Portuguese (written and spoken)
