University Degree in Law, Human resource or equivalent (master’s degree will be considered an added advantage) with minimum experience of 10 years in the respective field of which at least 5 years in Sub Saharan Africa or other developing countries. Proficiency in spoken and written English and writing of concise and clear reports.
