Should possess a minimum of a University Degree in Aviation or related field or its equivalent qualification. Master’s degree in similar fields will be an added advantage. With minimum work experience of not less than 5 years in similar assignments. With proficiency in spoken and written English and writing of concise and clear reports.

The Aviation Expert will be responsible for inputs regarding the aviation sub-sector and will review the evolution aviation in Zambia including performance in terms of carriage. The expert will assess the reforms undertaken in the past and propose additional reforms and works if required to improve performance, among other tasks.
