Expert(s) in Digital Skills Assessment/pre- and posttesting of teachers' digital competences
Requested Profile
Proven experience in designing and conducting digital skills assessments, especially in educational settings.
Experience in developing pedagogically sound assessments, ideally with a task-/performance-based methodology (rather than self-assessments only).
Experience working with SaaS platforms for assessment delivery (including hosting, data security, accessibility, etc.).
Language requirements:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
This must be clearly indicated in the CV and may be demonstrated through:
language certificates or test results,
diploma(s) obtained in an English-speaking institution,
or professional experience in an English-speaking environment.
Assets (preferred but not mandatory):
Ability to adapt tools to African digital environments, including:
Use of mobile devices (smartphones/tablets),
Low connectivity areas,
Varying levels of digital literacy.
Alignment with international digital competence frameworks such as DigComp and DigCompEdu.
