The candidate. must meet the following minimum criteria:
• Hold a university degree in a field relevant to the theme of the intervention: finance
and economics, international relations and cooperation, law and governance,
commercial engineering, entrepreneurship and management, strategy and
innovation or energy and climate.
• Language: an excellent level of French is required. It must be attested by a certificate
of achievement (language test) or a diploma/training taken in French or significant
professional experience (at least five years) in a French-speaking work environment.
