• Academic Qualifications - Holds a PhD degree in Education, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• General Experience – Proven experience in teaching and research within a higher education setting for at least 10 years.
• E-learning Experience - At least 5 years’ experience in the development and establishment of e-learning/digital/online learning programs in higher education or industry.
• Membership of a relevant professional body
