A Master's degree (PhD will be an added advantage) in Social Science, particularly Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or any related field.
At least ten (10) years professional experience in Child Protection, Social Development and Change Management.
Demonstrate experience in development of strategic interventions for the prevention of violence against children
Evidence of at least ten (5) years’ experience in guiding strategic planning processes and similar assignments carried out as required.
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven experience of working with the government on child protection and international agencies.
Track record of working with international, regional and Botswana’s legislation and policies pertaining to child protection and children’s rights.
