• Qualifications: Master’s degree or above in education, training, or a related field
• Skill set: Extensive experience in managing, developing, and implementing training programs including: project management capability; curricula development with a strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design; experience in conducting needs assessments and tailoring curricula to diverse learner groups; excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in managing training and/or educational projects, particularly in the rural development and/or agricultural sector, with a proven track record of timely delivery.
