Requested Profile
• A master’s degree in Fisheries Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fisheries management.
• Strong understanding of sustainable fisheries practices and relevant fisheries
policies.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic studies and analyze data in the fisheries sector.
• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship principles and business development.
• Experience in delivering training programs focused on entrepreneurship and business
development for MSMEs, with a focus on women, PWDs and youth-led enterprises.
• Proven analytical and communication skills as well as ability to demonstrate
attention to details.
• Experience collaborating with fishing communities, local authorities, and
conservation organizations.
