Requested Profile
• Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, and social inclusion.
• Proven ability to integrate gender perspectives into training and conducting gender assessments.
• Strong understanding of women’s economic empowerment and inclusive market
systems.
• Experience working with MSMEs, community-based organizations, and local
government structures.
• Excellent analytical, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting gender equity and social inclusion in
development programs.
