Education / Training: All experts hold a Master’s degree or German Diplom; one in Economics, one in Law, and one in Business Management.
Languages: French C1 (7/10), Swahili C1 (3/10).
General Professional Experience: 5 years in economic development, business environment reform, legal/fiscal advisory, or public sector governance.
Specific Professional Experience: 3 years working with trade unions, chambers of commerce, or similar trade associations.
Leadership / Management Experience: Not applicable.
International Experience: Not applicable.
Experience in Assignment Region: 5 years in DRC.
Experience in Development Cooperation: 3 years.
