Phd or equivalent in economics, econometrics or equivalent with a strong focus on migration studies or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in analytical work, research, or advisory services, with a strong knowledge of international labor mobility frameworks and programs, preferably involving EU countries
Proven experience in conducting policy analysis, program evaluations, or research studies related to migration and labor mobility
Strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
