SMEs Training Development Specialist / Design and Delivery of a Digital Capacity-Building Program and Curriculum for Mozambican SMEs
Requested Profile
Master or equivalent in management, project management, economics, education, or similar area.
At least 15 years of experience designing training curriculum, overseeing material creation and its digitalization, and implementing training in MSME capacity-building programs.
Experience in integrating financial literacy, business planning, and access to finance components into MSME training programs.
Experience selecting/managing local trainers, developing MSME assessment tools, and tracking progress; proven experience developing digital training content; SSA experience preferred; experience in Mozambique is an advantage.
