Advanced University Degree (Master’s or higher) in international development, social sciences, law, economics, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years providing technical assistance to governments or international organizations.

Minimum 3+ years directly managing teams of technical experts.

Experience working in developing countries/international contexts.

Qualification and expertise as an expert in at least one Technical Area (1-4).

Ability to simplify complex processes/products.

Fluent in at least one UN language appropriate for the region.
