Data specialist (category 2) with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to the thematic area in the request for services.
• Advanced university degree in statistics, econometrics, economics, data science, demography or a closely related field.
• Extensive professional experience in quantitative analysis, statistical modelling and management of large datasets, preferably labour force, household, earnings and education data. Proven experience in constructing and analysing indicators and indexes, carrying out regression and econometric analysis, assessing data quality and comparability across countries, and preparing analytical datasets, tables and visualisations.
• Experience in data gathering, modelling and analysis in developing or transition countries.
• Strong command of statistical software and reproducible analytical workflows.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English (minimum C1 level; minimum three relevant publications).
• Knowledge of ETF partner country contexts and additional relevant languages will be considered an asset.
