Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Community Development, Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in community mobilisation, outreach, and the organisation of local engagement activities.
• Experience working with youth aged 15–24, parents, schools, TVET centres, youth centres, and community-based organisations.
• Good knowledge of the Jordanian context and, ideally, the targeted governorates: Jerash, Mafraq, Karak, Ma’an, Tafileh, and Aqaba.
• Experience in the inclusion of women and persons with disabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
