Academic Background
University degree in education, business administration, human resource development, social sciences, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in youth employability, skills development programmes, or education-to-employment initiatives.
Experience coordinating or supporting training programmes, career guidance initiatives, or employability activities for youth.
Experience liaising with training providers, employers, or private sector partners is considered an asset.
Experience supporting initiatives related to work-based learning, career counselling, or entrepreneurship support is desirable.
Competences
Ability to coordinate training activities and support the facilitation of career development initiatives.
Good understanding of employability skills, career pathways, and school-to-work transition mechanisms.
Ability to coordinate with training providers, schools, and private sector partners.
Other Competences and Skills
Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English is preferred.
