Academic Background
University degree in education, social sciences, economics, development studies, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in research, project coordination, or programme implementation.
Experience supporting field activities such as data collection, Monitoring and Evaluation, beneficiary follow-up and identification of success stories, or stakeholder engagement.
Experience working on youth, education, or development programmes is desirable.

Ability to support data collection, monitoring activities, and documentation.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Strong communication skills
