Extensive experience in TVET reform, sector strategies and implementation planning;
Strong understanding of institutional reform, coordination mechanisms and policy implementation processes;
Experience supporting large-scale education or TVET reform programmes;
Experience in governance, institutional coordination and implementation support;
Experience in facilitating stakeholder dialogue, multi-stakeholder coordination and policy consultation processes;
Experience in designing and coordinating capacity-building activities related to implementation, monitoring and policy learning;
Strong understanding of monitoring, accountability and evidence-based policy processes;
Familiarity with perception, attractiveness and stakeholder engagement issues in education or TVET reform would be an asset;
Experience in the SEMED region and Egypt;
Strong drafting, coordination, facilitation and communication skills;
Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary expert teams and managing complex assignments;
Excellent English language skills (min C1) required. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
