Experience in education, TVET, skills development or public policy reform, preferably in relation to stakeholder engagement or evidence-informed policy processes;
Experience in survey methodology, perception studies or data-informed analysis, including basic understanding of sampling and quantitative/qualitative data collection approaches;
Experience in stakeholder coordination, consultation processes and facilitation involving public institutions, technical bodies, development partners or implementing organisations;
Experience in designing or supporting capacity-building activities, workshops, methodological guidance or practical training materials;
Experience with statistical or analytical tools, such as SPSS, Excel, Power BI or equivalent, would be an asset;
Strong analytical, drafting, synthesis, facilitation and communication skills;
Excellent English (min C1) and Arabic (min C1) are required
