Bachelor's degree or high in business, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, engineering or another field relevant to the area of expertise.

General experience:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship support, business development, SME advisory services, coaching, mentoring and/or delivery of capacity-building programmes for entrepreneurs and business support organizations.

Specific experience:
The five coach/entrepreneurship trainers shall collectively demonstrate proven experience in the following areas. It is not required that each coach individually possesses expertise in all areas:
• Business partnerships and internationalization
• Corporate finance;
• Financial advisory;
• Risk management;
• Digital marketing;
• Access to market;
• Communication and events
