Requested Profile
➢ Qualification: Possession of Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Sociology,
Development Studies, or Social Work.
➢ Experience: 7+ years focusing on gender-transformative approaches, GBV integration
in economic projects, and women’s group dynamics.
➢ Successfully completed at least two (2) similar assignments in the last 5 years
involving Women and Gender economic issues.
➢ Skill: Deep understanding of the socio-cultural barriers facing women in Zanzibar.
