Requested Profile
➢ Qualification: Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Communications.
➢ Experience: Proven track record in developing Kiswahili training manuals, visual
aids, and participatory adult-learning tools.
➢ Skill: Expert in "Training of Trainers" (ToT) methodology.
➢ Proven experience with at least two (2) comparable consultancies, using Participatory
Adult Learning (PAL) techniques, specifically tailored for rural women's groups with
varying literacy levels in a similar socio-economic environment.
