• Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Transport Planning, Railway Engineering, Economics, or related field from a recognised university.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in railway sector, atleast 5 of which should be in the sub-Saharan Africa or any developing country, should possess sound knowledge of planning and policy development, strong research, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and writing of concise and clear reports.
