Qualifications: a Degree in Economics, Transport Economics, or any other related field from a recognised university (Master’s Degree holders will have an added advantage).
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in transport sector economics with sound knowledge of policy development, sector governance and regulatory framework, should be proficient in written and spoken English and writing of concise reports.
