Master’s in information systems, computer science or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in labour market analysis, employment policy, or HR technology assessment.
At least 5 years of direct experience working with or for public employment services in the MENA region or a comparable developing country context.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, or auditing automated job-matching tools or labour market information systems; familiarity with matching algorithm design principles is a must.
Fluency in French, English
